To his right is Hogan, clad in a police jacket with notched lapels and stripes around the cuffs, and a broad-brimmed hat. On the right side of the porch are two men as well. The first, J.P. Smith wears a light pin-striped suit and hat. An unidentified man on the right wears a police jacket with notched lapels, but no stripes, with a broad-brimmed had. The photo is mounted to a green matting with a textured border. "1910" is handwritten on the verso.
