- This first Lodi Township Hall, built in 1869, was given some cleaning up, painting, and repair by the Saline Area Historical Society during the summer and fall of 1994. The Society is using the scene for meetings of the Board and storage. In 1994 a new roof, sealing of wood, foundation stone work , and grounds clean up were completed. Located at Zeeb and Pleasant Lake Roads.

- In the fall of 1994, developer Bill Kinley of Ypsilanti invited the Historical Society and Commission to tour both the Union and Wallace blocks prior to their reconstruction for new business locations. One of the areas was the former local jail in the Wallace block that was under the fire department in the 1930s and 1940s. The jail was in the basement of the north end of the Wallace block. Upstairs over the fire department was city hall.
