- This scrapbook, created for Rudy Stober in 1968, documents that year's Rustic Village Vikings and Rustic Village No. 2 mens' softball teams that were sponsored by Stober's bar. The bar was known as the Rustic Village or Stober's Rustic Village into the early 1970s when its name was changed to Stober's Bar. There is a letter of thanks to Rudy Stober on the first page, followed by team portraits with all players identified. The remainder of the scrapbook is Lansing State Journal newspaper clippings with game scores and statistics, as well as articles about tournaments. A card for the George Parkinson Benefit Softball Doubleheader on September 12, 1968, has also been pasted in. Due to the nature of this scrapbook's construction, select items have been digitized.
