- One set of architectural "Specifications [for] Mr. Sam Rivkin for a Solid Brick Two Story Store and Flat Building Located on the South Side of West Jefferson Avenue Between Henry and Dearborn Streets, Lot No. 1, Burke & Burdene Subdivision, River Rouge, Michigan." The specifications (Job 249, Set No. 1) are bound in a booklet that has three brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of heavy tan paper and includes typewritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers. The booklet contains 70 pages of typewritten text that give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project. An index is shown on the first page.
