Also, smaller signage in the central foreground reads, "The J.L. Hudson Company." The name of the photography studio and geographic location are stamped on the verso, "Smith Brothers, Commercial Photographers, Arcadia Bldg., Woodward & Stimson, Detroit, Mich."
