- Melvin J. Clark Memorial Home for Aged before remodeling at 1546 Sherman S.E. Corner view of a 3-story Victorian residential structure with Mansard roof and wraparound porch, on a well-tended lawn. Above the front entrance on the right corner of the building, is a Mansard style tower with windows on each side. the expansion of Clark home, the large brick building in a more modern style, can be seen next to the Home on the right.

- Olds Manor located at 201 Michigan Ave NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The building was originally built for the Rowe Hotel, which opened in 1923. Forty years later, in 1963, the building was purchased by the American Baptist Home and Development Corp. and the hotel was converted into a home for elderly citizens and renamed the Olds Manor.
