- A collection of postcards to do with the greater Lansing area, collected in part by the staff of the Lansing Public Library/CADL. Many of the items in the collection were donated by Jerry Lawler. The postcards have been broken down into 22 series plus MSU cards, similar to the series used in the <a href="http://cadl.pastperfectonline.com/archivebylink?keyword=2015-01-001">David Caterino Postcard Collection</a> (ID 2015-01-001). Because the Caterino collection is exhaustive and already contains duplicates of most cards, the Local History Postcard Collection has not been placed online by individual item. - This is a collection of Michigan Agricultural College (MAC) / Michigan State College (MSC) / Michigan State University (MSU) postcards assembled by David Caterino as part of his larger group of local history materials. In many cases the collection includes several variants of the same card.

- This is a collection of Lansing and regional postcards assembled by David Caterino as part of his larger group of local history materials. The postcards are sorted by binder in several broad subject categories developed by Caterino, and include things like street scenes, businesses, tourist cards, photo postcards, and others. In many cases the collection includes several variants of the same card. All of the postcards have been digitized, but only the best example of each as determined by Local History staff has been included in the database. A separate collection of Caterino's postcards specifically to do with the Michigan Agricultural College (MAC)/Michigan State College (MSC)/Michigan State University (MSU) is cataloged with collection ID 2017-04-006.

- A real photo postcard showing an unidentified man in cap, with the words "After the Game, U. of M. 7, M. A. C. 12," "Some Game," and "Harvey." The only time a game ended between these teams with this score was on October 18, 1913. Harvey is likely the photographer. An E. M. Harvey had a photography studio in East Lansing, Mich., from about 1913 to 1927.
