- A Chevrolet is prominent in the photo. From right to left, S. S. Kresge department store at 114, Harryman Shoes at 118. Tom Green Shoes at 120, and Cunningham Drugstore at 122 South Washington Avenue are in the Hollister building. Knapp's department store can be seen at 300 South Washington Avenue.

City Planning Division staff cut the photo and made several annotations. One of which indicates that 112 was formerly Kleinhans Men's Wear.
