Front view of three Victorian row buildings of four stories each, plus a corner view of fourth building which juts out from the others and has an elaborate clock tower on top. The three flat buildings are labeled “12 Foster, Stevens & Co. 10”, “Spring and Co.”, and “Gilbert”. The Gilbert building houses Studley & Barclay and the Grand Rapids Rubber Store. The clock tower building houses L. Higer and Sons (clothiers).
