R. E. Olds and an unidentified passenger in the second of Olds' steam-powered horseless carriages. This vehicle was covered in an 1892 issue of "Scientific American," and as a result the Francis Times Co. of London purchased the vehicle for their Bombay, India, branch. Information from "R. E.
