An arch-shaped portion of a continuous current generator is in the center of frame. Ladders, rope, crates, and tools are scattered around it. A platform for an overhead rolling system is near the upper right corner of frame. "State St. Sta. E. Wall," and "M-4456 7-3-16." are printed along the bottom edge of the image.
