- Circa 1907 photograph of boys' Sunday School class of the First Baptist Church of Ypsilanti. The teacher was H. C. - May 1939 (Memorial Day) photograph taken at the dedication of the Pioneer Cemetery at Carpenter's Corners on Packard Road, perhaps the first cemetery in Ypsilanti. Behind the stone enclosure were the graves of Emily Whittemore, the first white person to die in Washtenaw County in 1825 and the daughter of Luke and Phoebe Whittemore, on whose land the cemetery was created, and John Terhune (1759-1839).

- 1994 photograph of the Starkweather Memorial Chapel in Highland Cemetery, a Richardsonian Romanesque structure with Tiffany windows built in 1889 with the donation of $1000 from Mary Newberry Starkweather (1819-1897), niece and heir of Walter Newberry of Chicago who funded the Newberry Library there, in memory of her husband John (1807-1883).
