The drawing (Job 258) consists of black ink on vellum paper and shows two elevation views of a proposed 1-story, 4-bay automotive garage and workshop. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of four sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for "Mr. E. M. Coleman, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." A red ink stamp and signature near the right edge of the sheet shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Oct. 5, 1914. Department of Building, City of Detroit, by Henry A. Dupont."
