- Quarterly publication by Imam Vehbi Ismail in Detroit for the Muslim population of the United States. Aliya Hassen's article "Takbir Al-Id" appears on pages 24-25. Her hand-written note above the article indicates her displeasure with the edits made.
Takbir are the praise phrases in Arabic for God, and specific salutations are used during Eid (Muslim holy day festivals).
