- Color postcard depicting City Hall and the Majestic Building with a view down Fort Street from Campus Martius. Printed on verso: City Hall and Majestic Building. The business center of Detroit is the Campus Martius, situated at the converging of Lafayette, Monroe, Michigan and Woodward Avenues. It was reserved as a breathing spot in the "Governor and Judges" plan adopted for the city in its early history and has been beautified by a fountain donated by Mrs. Thomas W. Palmer. On it fronts the City Hall, Majestic Building, Detroit and Temple theatres and other prominent factors in the city life. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked 1910.

- One postcard note addressed to "Mr. O. [Oliver] E. Dunbar, Amherstburg, Ont. [Ontario]." A handwritten note in black ink on the verso reads "#7-14-21-28 have been reposing in the Marine Safe & so forth since last Thursday morning. L.H.D. [Lucilla H. Dunbar] 7/18/05." The postcard has postmarks from Buffalo, N.Y., July 18, 1905, and Amherstburg, Ont., July 19, 1905.

- Color postcard depicting the Detroit Boat Club from the shore of Belle Isle, with a flower bed in the foreground. Printed on verso: Detroit Boat Club, Belle Isle, Detroit, Mich. The Detroit Boat Club is one of the most exclusive social and athletic organizations in Detroit. Its handsome home on Belle Isle near the bridge was erected in 1902 to replace one destroyed by fire. The building is one of the finest of its kind in the world. Its members enjoy unusual facilities for their favorite sport of rowing, which they combine with sailing and canoeing. Their balls feature the summer in Detroit society. In front of the bridge entrance to the club is one of the finest flower beds on the Island. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 27, 1915.

- Color postcard depicting the interior of the Conservatory on Belle Isle, with a pond and many potted plants. Printed on verso: Horticultural Building, Belle Isle. Detroit's principal recreation spot is an island in the Detroit river connecting with the city by a bridge, 8 feet less than half a mile in length. It comprises 702 acres, is over two miles long and boasts over 20 miles of fine macadam roadway. A fine zoo, aquarium, horticultural building, swimming and skating pavilions, casino and boat livery are in connection. The city has expended over $1,500,000 on it since its purchase in 1879.
