From Sebastian "Munster's Cosmographia Universalis". The edition of the book from which this leaf was taken was printed in 1559 by Heinrich Petri at Basle. This collection was very popular for its time, and was published yearly with only minor changes until 1790. Some plates from this volume are by W. Nutter and J. Ogborne. It was published in London, October 1, 1788.
