- One drawing entitled "Fort Wayne, Plan of Stone Embrasure for Flanking Casemates." The plan consists of black ink on heavy tan paper and shows plan, profile, and top views of one of the stone embrasures in the fort walls. The drawing is shown at a scale of 1 inch = 1 foot. Handwritten text beneath the title shows "Copied from a sketch made by Genl. J. G. Totten, C.E. [Civil Engineer], U.S.A., Sept. 11, 1863."

- One set of architectural drawings entitled "Four Family Flat for Mr. B. C. Ladendorf, Detroit, Michigan." The drawings (Job 266) consist of green, blue, and black ink on linen and show front and rear elevation views as well as floor plans of a proposed 2-story flat for four families. The drawings, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, were part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." A red ink stamp in the lower left corner of the first sheet indicates that the plan was approved by the "Department of Buildings, City of Detroit" on April 15, 1916. The building was located on High Street near Brooklyn Avenue in Detroit.

The drawings (Job No. 288) consist of red and black ink on linen and show front and rear elevation views of a proposed 3-story retail/apartment building. On the second drawing, the name, "Soldoris," is shown over the apartment entrance doorway on Wesson Avenue. The title block in the lower right corner of the first sheet shows that the drawing (part of a set of nine sheets) was prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot. Some green and blue pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details.

Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. A red ink stamp near the left edge shows "Plans Examined and Approved. Mar. 6, 1915. Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, By H. C. Slater." The building was located at the southwest corner of Lothrop Street and Second Avenue (where the north end of the Fisher Building is presently located).
