Printed on verso: Palmer Park, where light house is located is a restful retreat of 120 acres and is located seven miles out Woodward avenue. One of the delightful features is its Log Cabin with its quaint furniture. It has many acres of woods, children's playgrounds and a casino where refreshments are served. - Color postcard depicting the interior of the Log Cabin in Palmer Park, with table, chairs, piano, and fireplace in view. Printed on verso: Log Cabin, Palmer Park. - Built on land donated to the city by Ex-Senator Thomas W. Palmer in 1893, and is situated north of the city at the extreme terminal of the Woodward Avenue car line, is one of the city's favorite breathing spots. Its center piece is a log cabin which is an exact reproduction of the home in which Senator Palmer resided when Detroit was little more than a trading post. Postmarked Sep 4, 1913.

Printed on verso: View of Grand Circus Park, showing Pingree and Maybury Monuments, Central M. E. Church and Y. M. C. A. building. This park is the oldest of Detroit's recreation grounds and it situated in the heart of the city through which runs the famous Woodward avenue. This park was set aside by the city in 1854 and is enjoyed by thousands in summer on account of its magnificent shade trees. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked May 23, 1921.
