- Both sides of East Ottawa Street are seen. On the left is the Dodge Building with the Senate Grill. Further east is the Trowbridge Manhattan Club tavern. On the right, Kay's Jewelry and Luggage faces North Washington Avenue. Stores to the east include the Keith Bartow Music Shop, Barker-Fowler Electric Company, Central Car and Truck Rental and VanDevoort Hardware Company - Boat Division. A part of the Ottawa Station of the Lansing Board of Water and Light can be seen behind the stores on the north side of East Ottawa Street.

- An interview of Betty Price, conducted by Bill Dansby in the Forest Parke Library and Archives, Capital Area District Libraries, in 2009. Mrs. Price and her husband owned the Liebermann's store in downtown Lansing, and she traveled the world buying goods for the store. No transcript has been produced. Continuing south, Silver Lead Paint at 229, Western Auto Supply at 225, Emery-Pratt office equipment at 223, Epicure Tea Shop at 221, MacLaughlin Music at 219, National China at 213, and Firestone Tires at 211. The block ends with the Tussing building at West Ottawa Street, home of the Palms Theatre at 209 and the College Drugstore at 201. Buildings seen to the south include the Bank of Lansing at 101 North Washington Avenue, Prudden building on South Washington and West Michigan Avenue, and the Michigan National Tower at West Allegan Street and South Capitol Avenue.
