- Located on northeast corner of Washington Avenue North and Ottawa Street East. The Senate Grill is on the corner at 200, perhaps out of business at the time of the photo. The entry to Rich's Bar is seen, it was upstairs at #200 1/2. The PX Mart selling general merchandise was at 202 North Washington Avenue. Upstairs in Room 16 of the Dodge building was the F. J. The last building in the block was known as the Cahill Building at the time of the photograph. The Cahill Building actually had 200 North Capitol Avenue as its address. Highlights include Schaefer Shoe Shop at 217, Michigan Theatre Arcade at 215, Small's Mens Shop at 211, the Foo Ying Cafe on the upper level at 207 1/2 - 209 1/2, Daniel's Jewelry Co. at 205 and Bosch jewelers at 201.
