- Children seated at desks while a teacher watches. A Robertson's Drug Store, North Lansing calendar for January, 1926 is on the wall. There were 16 slides in a box labeled "Franklin-Larch." Nothing on the individual slides distinguishes which images were taken at which school. Franklin Avenue School was located at 1100 East Franklin Avenue (later Grand River Avenue). The Larch Street School was in the 100 block of North Larch Street.

- Children sitting at desks working on a project while a teacher watches. It appears girls are working on sewing and boys are building with wood. There are Valentine decorations in the classroom. The Moores Park School was located in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

- Students seated at desks in what appears to be a geography class. There are world maps on the wall, and a globe in the front of the room. The students are holding up maps of Africa. There were two boxes in this collection labeled "West Jr. High." West Junior High School was built between 1919 and 1920 in the 500 block of West Lenawee Street with further additions in 1922 and 1929.

- Teachers at a retirement party for Earl Younglove, a business education teacher at Walter French Junior High School, with a cake shaped like a typewriter. He retired from WJHS after 35 years, in 1961. Younglove is left of center with a light-colored necktie in this photograph, and the others are not identified.
