- Ribbon-bound menu and program booklet for Thanksgiving dinner at the Hotel Cadillac, held on November 28, 1895. The cover is off-white paper with hand-painted lavender and white flowers, and with a ivory-colored ribbon threaded through it diagonally terminating in a bow. The interior pages are printed on cardstock. A list of dishes offered is on the first page. The Swart Brothers are listed as the proprietors at the bottom of the page. A list of musical selections and dances to be performed is on the following page. "1895," is printed on the back cover in a decorative script.

The cover is made of white cardstock with an image of a perched eagle, and a bow of red, white, and blue cord threaded through the center holding a small silk American flag on a small wooden pole. A half-tone photo of Russell A. Alger, and the exterior of a long five story building with a central tower, and a large porch, are printed within, along with a list of the meal options, many with names referencing the Spanish-American War.

- Dr. Alison H. Edwards' (City Physician) annual party for poor children. The image shows a group of about 40 children, dressed in their best clothes, standing or sitting in front of a decorated Christmas tree. A man dressed in Santa Claus costume, with a pipe and round horn rim glasses stands to one side. The background is the interior of a large, elegant room, possibly a hotel ballroom. White paneled walls are adorned with candle-like sconces, and a large window is covered with gathered sheer curtains, with long velvet draperies open on each side. Part of a bandstand can be seen at the right side of the image, with a bass drum and cymbals.
