- One architectural drawing entitled "Plans of Laboratory for Park Davis and Co., Detroit, Mich." The drawing consists of red and black ink on linen and shows front and side elevation views of a proposed 2-story laboratory building. A building cross-section detail is also shown along with a plan detail which shows the building being bounded by Atwater Street, McDougall Ave., and Guoin Street. The plan was prepared by "Carl Schmid, Archt. [Architect], 465 Grand River Ave." at a scale of 1 inch = 8 feet and is dated 1885.

- Color lithograph mounted on board. Title at bottom reads "Parke, Davis & Co., / Home Office and Laboratories, Detroit, Mich., U.S.A." The lithograph shows a painting of the Parke-Davis campus (now River Place), at the foot of Joseph Campau Street along the Detroit River with a view to the southeast. Several boats are docked in the foreground of the image, and pedestrians and horse drawn carriages are shown along the perimeter of the Parke-Davis facilities. A circular logo on the bottom left indicates that the lithograph was printed by The Winters Art Litho. Co. of Chicago.

Newcomb Slip at [Detroit] Waterworks Wayne Hotel.
