Next, Norris Jewelry Repair at 103, Phoenix Optical at 105, Pacific Finance Loans at 107, American Laundry at 111, Downtown Parking Lot at 117, Hal Clark Tailors at 121 and American Bank and Trust at 123 East Washtenaw Street. An automobile is seen turning into East Washtenaw from South Grand Avenue. City Planning Division staff annotated the photo.
