Color postcard depicting a scene in Elmwood Cemetery, with a bridge in the foreground, a fountain, two grave markers and three people. Printed on verso: "Elmwood Cemetery is located in the eastern part of the city and contains 78 acres. It is one of the oldest cemeteries in the city being opened in 1846." Handwritten message on verso: "Detroit Mich Aug 12-14 Dear Ethel: Was vaccinated this AM: am feeling fine hope to hear from you soon. Orey" It is addressed to "Miss Ethel Allen 91 Walnut St Ashtabula Ohio". Postmarked 1914.
