It advertises the "Michigan Central & Great Western Railways" and its "Great Central Route via Niagara Falls Between the East and West." The envelope was signed by "W. P. Rand" for "Frank E. Snow, West. Pass. Agent, Detroit." This envelope was contained in the lead box time capsule that was removed from the Old City Hall on May 25, 1961.
