This shows the entire Gizeh group of pyramids. Beginning at the left, row of the three little pyramids ( two of them plainly step pyramids), then the small pyramid called the Third Pyramid (or pyramid of Menkewre), then Kephren, then Cheops. A little below this last and some six inches to the right may be seen the head of the Sphinx. The body cannot be seen here. Still further to the right, and below, is the Nile valley. This view also shown the casing at the top of Kephren clearly, and shows the flat apex of Cheops. There are clouds in the sky in this as well as in the preceding.
