Description:
Seventeen page promotional booklet for Scott's Emulsion, containing seven color lithographs of maps, scenes, and products of South America and the Caribbean spread throughout unrelated pages of text concerning the history of medicine and the various ailments that Scott's Emulsion can remedy. The cover depicts a young boy holding book and pointing to South America on a globe, while saying, "There's where you came from," top a parrot perched on his shoulder. "Copyright 1906 by American Lithographic Co. N.Y." is printed on the lower left corner of the cover. The verso includes a space below the words, "Scott's Emulsion Sold By," for a merchant's stamp, however this area is blank.
