Dick describes his first job, first boss, his move to supervision, various pranks, ergonomics, and his relations with UAW officials and upper management. Dick was involved in the product development team and helped establish the plant Emergency Response Team. Dick also talks about after hours social events like the BOC talent show, and his time as a volunteer firefighter.
