Pierian Club Year Books

The Junior Study Club was formed in 1926 (it was renamed The Pierian Club the following year) as a club for younger African-American women in Grand Rapids. Like its parent organization, The Grand Rapids Study Club, it printed an annual yearbook for its members. Although contents shifted over time, it always included the yearly program of lectures and other club information. This collection includes yearbooks from 1926 to 1963.
