- From part way up the slopes...
From part way up the slopes of Lycabettus. At the left, the end of the Hymettus ridge; then the Stadium; palace gardens with the Temple of Zeus beyond; the Acropolis with its main buildings; in the foreground is the modern city and the site of Constitution square is easily seen. Beyond the Acropolis you can see, but not so very clearly, the harbor at Piraeus. The buildings of the University are at the extreme right. In the territory between the Stadium and the ridge of Hymettus, a very large number of buildings, mostly small, have been erected between 1920 and 1926, since this view was made. Size, 9 1/2 x 32 1/2 in.; Photographs and prints; Paper
