1893 Cyclone Damage to Denike House

Notes:
April 12, 1893 destruction of Denike House (belonging to the widow of Stephen Denike, who had been killed as a Wabash Railroad conductor in 1888 in Missouri) at 112 West Congress Street, just west of Cleary College. The two adult women facing the camera are reportedly Florence S. Babbitt on the right and her daughter Nora C.Babbit.
