The drawing (sheet 3 of 3) shows details of "Voigtmann & Co.'s Metallic Box-Frame Window" as well as details of window shutters and a door casing. The plan was "made under the direction of Major W. L. Fisk, Corps of Engineers, U.S.A., and E. E. Haskell, Principal Asst. Engineer" at a scale of 1/2 inch = 1 foot and is dated February, 1904.
