Notes:

Rim outsplayed horizontally. Tall cylindrical neck. Shoulder nearly horizontal. Body cylindrical, w/flat base & pontil mark. Body was mold-blown & base decoration consists of concentric circles. Ten concentric circles ring body near the base, w/vertical ribs extending above them, up to shoulder. Thick glass.
