This chair, in the collection of The Henry Ford, has a molded plywood seat and back. Light oak veneer covers the molded plywood. The seat and back are attached by black rubber shock mounts to a molded plywood frame with metal glides. The rubber shock mounts permit the chair to flex readily to changes in position.
