Karanis; Textiles; Wool

Notes:

Two small fragments of the same woven wool fabric with warp and weft that appear brown but closer inspection shows red and blue fibers in the yarns, probably originally dark purple, and a 1.3 cm wide yellow weft band. The fragments were folded along the weft band and sewn together.
