Pennsylvania Ave. On reverse: "Lansing is proud of these facts: a diversification of industries, splendid transportation facilities and the progressive spirit of the community have all been combined to make Michigan's Capital one of the key cities of the nation. It has many acres of beautiful parks. The first house was built in 1843. It was incorporated into a city in 1859. The first railroads were built in 1863."
