Notes:
Buff clay with reddish-brown to dark brown glaze. Rounded nozzle flanked by double volutes, air hole in neck. Volutes encroach slightly on narrow, almost flat, plain rim. Single groove between rim and discus. In center of discus, bust of Zeus, front, wears chiton and himation over shoulders, below is eagle, head turned left, wings spread, conventional thunderbolt in claws. Slightly broken about filling hole. Ring handle broken, attachment missing. Circular reverse set off by single groove.
