Pere Marquette Railroad Bridge

Notes:

Old swing bridge crossing Grand River just north of Wealthy St. This view of the bridge shows the land portion at one end of the bridge. The shoreline is grassy, with a few ramshackle buildings. In the distance is a tall smokestack and beyond that are hazy downtown buildings. The open ironwork of the bridge is reflected in the calm water of the river. In the foreground are several clumps of old wooden pilings.
