Aqua satin evening gown from the 1960s

Description:

This woman's aqua satin evening gown has shoestring shoulder straps, a low, straight neckline, slightly dropped waist, and a bodice tightly fitted by long darts. The skirt is straight with a single pleat at the side front. There is a side zipper. Label: "Philip Hulitar." The matching sleeveless jacket with horizontal stripes of alternating aqua, green and dark blue, connected with faggotting, fitted by long darts at the waist, and has a side closing. Label: "Claire Pearone, Paris-Detroit." See also tuxedo worn by Mr. Reuther #1973.098.002
