Charles Sherwin Chapman (1864-1912) built the residence in 1899, just north of Downtown Rochester on the east side of Main Street. It was demolished in 1968. Addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Wellman Smith of Oakley, Michigan from Lottie. (RRP-148) [date is approximate] Ray Russell Postcard Collection
