Notes:

Buff clay with red glaze. Rounded nozzle Air hole in neck. Plain rim split at base and inner half continues around lamp, outer half separates and two ends terminate in volutes. Single groove separates rim and discus. Rosette of seven double petals on discus. Molded ring about filling hole. Back of lamp suggests that lamp was made with handle which was pared off before glazing. Circular reverse set off by groove. Short raised line in center of base.
