The 18 inside pages are glossy white paper with black text and several black and white pictures. Company officers are shown on page 1 as: Malcolm McCallum, Chicago, Illinois, President; Albert F. Peck, Detroit, Michigan, Vice-President; Robert H. Murray, Detroit, Michigan, Secretary; and Frank C. Andrews, Detroit, Michigan, Treasurer. The company general offices were located in Detroit, Michigan, and a branch office was located in Deadwood, South Dakota. A location map of the mine and adjacent land parcels is pasted on the inside front cover of the prospectus.
