- One sepia-toned photograph of the passenger ferry, SS Columbia, in dry dock at the Detroit Dry Dock Company. The view shows a starboard side stern view of the hull and main deck. Many workmen are standing on deck and several structural columns have been set in place for future completion of the upper decks and cabin structures. A large rudder and 4-blade propeller can be seen below the waterline. A trestle and gantry crane are visible in the left background area of the shipyard. Open water and a distant shoreline are visible to the right.

- Sepia-toned photograph of progress made plating the bow of the hull of Eagle Boat No. 39 within building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex, as taken from above its port bow. Several plates have been applied at the bow. Blurred workers are busy on the floor beside the boat, as well as beneath its bow. Men work at desks on both the right and left sides of the aisle. Pieces of framing are piled along the wall on the left. "25635-2-3-19, #39" is printed in the lower left corner of the recto. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.

DALTON, under steam. A crew member is in front of the pilot house, and another leans on the railing near the aft cabin. A small boat carrying several people is floating off the starboard side of the DALTON. A tree-lined shoreline is visible in the background. The image is captioned, "1916."

- One blueprint drawing of a portion of the men's smoking lounge (known as the Gothic Room) in the passenger steamship, SS City of Detroit III. Several years after the ship was scrapped in 1956, the salvaged lounge was acquired by the City of Detroit and was reassembled in the Dossin Great Lakes Museum.

- One navigational chart entitled, "Coast Chart No. 1, North End of Green Bay Including Northwest Shore of Lake Michigan," that was compiled and published as part of the Survey of the Northern and Northwestern Lakes (War Department, Corps of Engineers). It was prepared under the direction of Major Charles Keller and Major C. S. Riché of the Corps of Engineers. The chart is drawn at a scale of 1:120,000 and shows the northwestern end of Lake Michigan and Green Bay from Arthur Bay, Wisconsin, to Seul Choix Point on the south shore of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Land areas are shaded in pale yellow. Lake areas are shown in white and light blue. Distances are given in statute miles. Soundings for lake depths are given in feet and fathoms. Lines of latitude and longitude are shown in black. Lighthouses and buoys are also shown along with notes for sailing directions, dangers and water level data. The chart was originally published in 1910, but a note indicates that aids to navigation have been corrected to March 24, 1922. Two inset maps in the upper left corner of the chart show enlarged details of Cedar River, Wisconsin, and Nahma, Michigan.

- One blueprint drawing entitled, "Cabin Plan, Mexican River Steamer." The drawing shows a plan view of the cabin layout on the main and upper decks of the sternwheel river steamship. The title block indicates that the plan was prepared at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated January, 1902. The name, "H. S. Taft," is also shown and may be the name of the steamship.

- One plan sheet entitled, "Joiner Plan - Boat Deck, SS Alabama." The drawing consists of ink on linen and shows a plan view of the interior layout of the Boat Deck for the passenger steamship, SS Alabama. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the ship was built by the "Manitowoc Dry Dock Co." for the "Goodrich Transit Co." and is dated 1909. The plan number, "5048," is stamped in black ink on the verso.
