- One ship's log book entitled "Schr. E.S.J. Bemis Log for 1867." The log book consists of folded sheets of white paper that have been printed with light blue lines and have been bound together with a light tan cord along the left edge. The log has 29 un-numbered pages of entries that have been handwritten in black ink on the recto and verso. The first entry notes: "April 17th, Wednesday, towed out of [?] River by ferry boat, N. York. Wind N.E. Came to anchor in the river." The last entry notes: "Decr. 1, Sunday, got under weigh at 2 a.m. Wind S.S.W. and got to Detroit at 2 P.M. freezing."

- A staple-bound contract form between the Ford Motor Company, and the U.S. Navy establishing the terms for the construction of 100 patrol boats, the Eagle Boats, dated March 4, 1917. The spaces on the first page where the date and the name of the representative of Ford would be entered, and on the seventh page where the parties would sign have been left blank. An illegiable handwritten note has been made in the margin at the bottom of the sixth page.
