- A book of receipts bound in cardboard. The receipts are for medicines received from Thomas P. Dickinson, for medicines to be resold on commission. The medicines listed on each receipt are Dickinson's Universal C. & C. Annihilator, Dickinson's Universal Life Pills, Dickinson's Universal Strengthening Plaster, and Dickinson's Universal Healing Salve. Only the first three receipts have been filled out. They are all dated 1885. The first is signed by A. Ruttedge, the second by G.R. Roburn, and the third by J. Thatcher. The prices are all expressed in pounds sterling.

- 24 page, 1876 price list for Parke, Davis and Company. Sewn in a green cover bearing a lithograph of the Parke, Davis and Company laboratory on McDougall Avenue, Guion Street, and Atwater Street. Fluid extracts, sugar-coated pills, solid extracts, concentrations, powdered alcoholic extracts, elixirs, syrups, medicinal wines, granular effervescent preparations, granular and powdered effervescent mineral water salts, and spread plasters are listed within. A cut-away illustration of an abdomen demonstrating Dr. Wilson's Eureka Abdominal Supporter is featured on the last page.

Contains the articles, "The Value of Deep Abdominal Breathing," "Joy and Health of an Early Morning Walk," "Physical Culture Menus," "At the Shrine of Love," "The Romance of Kit Dunlop," "Health and Strength for Girls," and "Will Natural Living Assure Painless Childbeading?," as well as the "Question Department," "Our Dress Department," and an editorial entitled, "The Ambitious Girl and the Home." The cover depicts "A Physical Culture Baby," who at seven months "can stand alone and nearly walk." Advertisements for instructional books, beauty products, and art and photography portfolios are featured within. The articles are peppered with photos and illustrations of exercises, and gym wear.

- Double-sided handbill printed on green cardstock advertising the arrival of Dr. Arthur Elmer, "a modern day seer... magnetic healer and clairvoyant physician," to Coldwater, Michigan on October 15, 1894. The card mentions that Elmer will use his powers to heal the sick, locate lost, stolen or buried property, and provide business or career advice through "psychometry or soul reading."

- 1894 "Ladies Perfumed Calendar, compliments of E.W. Hoyt & Co., Lowell, Mass. Proprietors of Hoyt's German Cologne, Rubifoam for the Teeth." The recto bears a color image of a small girl in a pink dress holding a basket of flowers as two doves roost on her. Calendars for January through December 1894 are printed on the verso as well as an advertisement for Hoyt's German Cologne which cautions against "the numerous trashy Colognes that usurp its name and style of bottle." Prices are listed at 25 cents for a trial size, 50 cents for medium size, and one dollar for a large bottle. "For sale by J.C. Harper, - - Milan, Mich., Dealer In Drugs, Patent Medicines, Chemicals, Fancy and Toilet Articles, Brushes, Perfumery, etc." is printed at the bottom of one copy. "For sale by Lynch & Schwimm, Wellington, Kan., Dealers in Drugs, Patent Medicines, Chemicals, Fancy and Toilet Articles, Brushes, Perfumery, etc." is printed at the bottom of the other.
