Printed on verso: Detroit Yacht Club, Belle Isle. - This handsome home of the club was built in 1905 to replace their former home, destroyed by fire. It cost $20,000. The club is one of the largest on the great lakes, features sailing and maintains a fleet of 20 one-design cat-boats in which the members sail weekly in regattas.
