Verso: "Packard Motor Car Company Detroit, Mich, The Packard Motor Car Company is located on the East Grand Boulevard and the Belt Line Railway. The factory occupies forty acres of floor space including thirty separate buildings, and employs over 7,000 people. Daily output is ten complete pleasure cars and five two, three or five-ton commercial trucks. The power house is equipped to supply 8500 horse power, including two 3000 horse power Cooper engines." This card gives you a view of one of our lumber tracks, and is presented to show you the manner in which we store out boards to insure perfect seasoning. The shed shown extended to the right at the upper end and to the left at the office end, in shape like [zigzag line] and is 1946 ft. long with a storage capacity for 3,330,900 feet of lumber. The frame building is the yard Master's office. We shall take you through our entire plant with a series of these cards and trust they may be of interest to you. Murphy Chair Company, Detroit.
