A tree-lined walkway, a floral clock, and pedestrians can be seen in the foreground. Three stone towers can be seen in the background. - Postcard. Color image of the North Woodward Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church. Front reads, "North Woodward Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, corner Wood and Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Mich." Back reads, "1425-North Woodward Ave. M.E. Church situated on the Northeast corner of Wood and Woodward Avenue, as a building is a credit to the City, being built of yellow brick and trimmed with stone." Card was mailed and postmark reads, "Detroit, Mich. May19, 11:30 PM, 1912."

Printed on verso: The Aquarium on Belle Isle is one of the most interesting attractions on the island. During the summer months it is visited by thousands of people daily. The Park & Boulevard Commission spared no expense to make it the finest of its kind in the country. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked May 28, 1912.

- Color postcard depicting the Detroit Opera House at Campus Martius, with the Merrill Fountain in the foreground. Signs read "Pennsylvania Lines", "Union Ticket Office", "Wright, Kay & Co.", and "Temple Theatre, Wonderland, Vaudeville". Printed on verso: Detroit Opera House and Palmer Fountain. - This beautiful fountain was donated to the city by Mrs. Thos. W. Palmer several years ago. It is located on the Campus Martius which was reserved as a breathing spot in the "Governor and Judges" plan, adopted for the city in its earliest history. The Opera House is one of the finest in the country and caters to high class shows only. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Apr 10, 1910.

- Monochromatic postcard depicting a collage of eleven different postcard images, including Central Avenue, two different bridges, children swimming, and the Casino on Belle Isle, the Detroit riverfront in 1820, Pingree Monument in Grand Circus Park, Water Works Park, Hurlbut Memorial Gate, Palmer Fountain at Campus Martius, and a view of Cadillac Square with the Wayne County Building. Handwritten message on recto reads, "Aboard Str. "City of Mackinac" 8/8 06. Left Detroit at 9:30 A.M. for the Soo & will arrive tomorrow night. We are have a gay time although it is a trifle expensive." Postmarked Aug 9, 1906.

Printed on verso: Hotel Griswold and Café. Is situated on the busy corner of Griswold Street and Grand River Avenue, and although one of the oldest, is most popular, being refitted and having one of the finest cafes between New York and Chicago. Here can be heard the finest music both vocal and instrumental with cuisine unsurpassed. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jan 31, 1913.
