The exhibit shows a small pool in the foreground with a fountain and heavy stone wall in the background. A tall iron fence can be seen in the left background.

- Postcard. Color postcard entitled "The Campus Martius, Detroit, Mich." The elevated view looks northward along Woodward Avenue with the Old City Hall and Majestic Building on the left side of the image and Campus Martius and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument to the right. Pedestrians, streetcars, and several horse-drawn carriages are also visible. The Detroit Opera House and Wonderland Vaudeville can be seen in the right background. Handwritten text in the upper right corner shows "6/15/6 - Spent the day here and have been all over the place and Belle Isle Park. It all suits me so will go and leave it. Start again tonight 6:10. B." The date of the postcard is based upon the postmark date.

It has an area of 1,906 acres, 14 miles of roadways, 92 miles of railway track and 1 1/3 miles of docks. It includes blast furnaces, open hearth and steel mill, glass plant, foundry, paper mill, cement plant, body plant, coke ovens, power plant and motor assembly plant where new Model A engines are built. Printed on verso: Michigan Central Station, located near Michigan Avenue, between 15th and 17th Streets, covers 21 acres. Total cost, $15,000,000.00. There are eleven tracks in the station that will accommodate 135 passenger coaches. The accommodations for passengers will not be outdone by any Railroad Station in the world, as the conveniences include a drug store, with facilities for the care of invalids, change rooms, where travelers may at a nominal cost obtain shower baths and change clothing.
